Cookie policy

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version of this document prevails.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device (computer, phone, tablet). Our site also uses similar technologies that keep data directly in your browser: localStorage (stays until you clear it) and sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab). In this document we call all of them “cookies”. They contain no programs and are not viruses.
2. In short
- Strictly necessary— your bag, your favourites, your cookie choice and a partner's discount code. Always on.
- Analytics — our own anonymous statistics, and PostHog, which measures how the site is used. Both start on your first visit. PostHog session recording only starts with your consent.
- Marketing — Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram). Only starts with your marketing consent.
3. Strictly necessary
Without these you can't add products to your bag, place an order, or have your cookie choice respected. They can't be turned off from the banner.

4. Analytics
Our own statistics
They show us which pages and products are viewed, what is added to the bag and at which step an order stops, so we can fix what isn't working. The data goes only to our own server and contains no name, email or phone number — just a random browser identifier.

PostHog
An analytics service provided by PostHog Inc., with servers in the United States. It measures visits, pages opened and clicks on the site, so we understand how it is used. It starts on your first visit. Its session recording feature (a replay of how the site was browsed, with every text field masked, so nothing you type in forms is captured) only starts if you accept analytics or marketing cookies.

5. Marketing
Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram)
Provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It helps us measure our ads and stop showing you ads for things you've already bought. It only loads after you accept marketing cookies; if you withdraw consent, we stop sending anything. With your consent, orders are also reported to Meta from our server (Conversions API), with email and phone irreversibly encrypted (hashed).

6. Other services
- The chat on our site is provided by cllink.ro and loads on every page. It may keep a conversation identifier in your browser so you can continue the conversation.
- Fonts are served from our own domain, not from Google, so they involve no third-party transfers.

7. Managing your choice
On your first visit we ask about cookies, with two equally sized buttons: Decline and Accept. Under “Let me choose” you can turn analytics and marketing on separately. You can change your mind at any time from the “Manage cookies” link in the page footer.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings:
If you block strictly necessary cookies, your bag and checkout will stop working.
